Established in January 2001 and registered in Xi’an, Shaanxi Province, Western Securities Co., Ltd. is among the first batch of national regulatory securities companies and the 19th innovative securities company. On May 3, 2012, the Company was officially listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code: 002673) and became the 19th listed securities company in China. It is the only listed securities company with full license in Shaanxi Province. At present, the total value of the Company is about 30 billion RMB.

Established under the joint venture of Western Securities and Shanghai Leadbank Asset Management Co., Ltd., Western Lead Fund Management Co., Ltd. provides services to customers in the field of public and private equity fund management business.
